Deck to closeout
Cover board over the old roof
DensDeck Prime mechanically fastened over the existing roof, worked in strips so the open section was never bigger than what the crew could close before quitting time.
Three layers in one frame
Existing roof under the board, DensDeck going down, fully adhered GAF TPO already in behind it. Each section flashed and watertight before the next one opened.
Nineteen curbs and a lot of pipe
RTUs, exhaust duct, a satellite dish, and a conduit rack running the length of the roof. Every curb wrapped in new membrane, every support base flashed. This is the part that decides whether a recover lasts.
Closeout
Complete September 8, 2024. The club never closed.
From the roof
Every Revolver project is photo-documented from mobilization through closeout. These are from the job.
