What kind of roofing does Revolver Roofing do?
Commercial low-slope and steep-slope roofing only: TPO and PVC single-ply, standing seam metal, and commercial shingles. Re-roofs, repairs and service, and new construction for owners, property managers and general contractors.

Can Revolver Roofing issue a manufacturer NDL warranty?
Yes. Revolver is a McGuire FlexGuard Authorized Installer (#009970) and issues McGuire NDL warranties under its own installer ID, including a 20-year NDL on 60-mil fully adhered TPO. For other manufacturers named in a spec, Revolver installs with that manufacturer's certified crews so the NDL is issued.
What size projects does Revolver Roofing take on?
Commercial roofs from roughly 2,000 to 30,000 square feet (20 to 300 roofing squares) — retail, medical, hospitality, senior living, multifamily, light industrial and institutional buildings.
Should a commercial roof be recovered or torn off?
It depends on moisture. Code generally allows one recover over an existing roof if the deck and insulation are dry. Revolver runs a moisture evaluation first; wet insulation gets removed. A recover saves tear-off and disposal cost but must still meet current energy code and wind uplift requirements.
How long does a commercial re-roof take?
Most 20–300 square roofs run one to four weeks on the roof, driven by tear-off depth, insulation build-up, weather and occupied-building logistics.
What warranty comes with a Revolver re-roof?
TPO re-roofs on the McGuire FlexGuard system carry a manufacturer NDL warranty up to 20 years, issued under Revolver's own installer ID, plus Revolver's workmanship warranty.
How fast can Revolver respond to a commercial roof leak?
Service requests are answered within one business day. Active leaks in DFW are triaged same day where crews are available, with temporary dry-in to stop interior damage before the permanent repair.
Do you repair roofs you didn't install?
Yes. Revolver repairs existing TPO, PVC, metal and shingle roofs, matching the original manufacturer's details so existing warranties are not compromised where possible.
Do you offer preventive maintenance plans?
Yes. Semi-annual inspections (spring and fall) with drain cleaning, sealant and flashing touch-up, and a photo report with a priority-ranked repair list and budget forecast.
How do I invite Revolver Roofing to bid?
Email the ITB and plan link to estimating@revolverroofing.com. Revolver is also active on BuildingConnected, ConstructConnect, iSqFt, SmartBid and Pantera. Every invite is reviewed for scope, schedule and spec fit and answered with a bid or a courtesy decline.
Can Revolver substitute a McGuire TPO system on an open spec?
Yes. On generic or open-spec TPO, Revolver bases its bid on the McGuire FlexGuard system and issues the NDL directly. Where the owner locks a different manufacturer, Revolver bids that manufacturer and installs with its certified crews.
Does Revolver provide bonds?
Bonds are not included in base bids. Bonding needs should be stated in the ITB so they can be addressed up front.
What prequalification documents are available?
W-9, certificate of insurance, safety program and TRIR/EMR history, capability statement and manufacturer certification letters are provided on request at prequalification.
TPO or PVC — which is better for a commercial roof?
TPO is the cost-effective default for most low-slope roofs. PVC is the better choice where the roof sees grease, oils or chemical exhaust — restaurants, kitchens, labs — because it resists those contaminants.
What is an NDL warranty?
A No Dollar Limit warranty is a manufacturer warranty covering both material and labor to repair covered leaks for the term, with no cap on the repair cost. It requires installation by an authorized installer and a manufacturer inspection.
What does a 2-inch hail rating require?
On the McGuire FlexGuard system, a 2.0-inch hail rating is achieved with a 1/2-inch gypsum cover board under the membrane.
