Deck to closeout
Gravel off, by the barrow
Revolver crews shoveled and wheeled the ballast to the edge and sent it over the parapet by telehandler, one load at a time.
Cover board down
DensDeck Prime mechanically fastened over the cleaned substrate, field and perimeter patterns laid to the fastener schedule. The gravel is gone; the roof finally has a flat, fire-rated base to build on.
Twenty-plus penetrations
Five RTUs, a satellite dish, exhaust fans, vents, and a gas line on supports running the length of the roof. Every one of them gets a curb or a boot. This is where the hours go on a retail re-roof.
Closeout
Fully adhered GAF TPO over the field, parapets wrapped to the coping, every curb boxed and welded. Probe-tested, cleaned up, and off the roof Saturday, August 31, 2024.
From the roof
Every Revolver project is photo-documented from mobilization through closeout. These are from the job.
