Deck to closeout
Day one: deck to membrane
Revolver crews set polyiso over the steel deck while parapets were framed and sheathed. GAF TPO field sheets were rolled, fastened and welded across the main roof before the crew left site on Friday.
Day two: staged by telehandler
GAF EverGuard TPO rolls lifted to the roof as needed. No rolls stacked on the deck, no crew time lost waiting on material.
Day three: curbs and parapets
Equipment curbs flashed, tapered parapets wrapped, every corner and seam welded by manufacturer-certified crews. The details are where a roof lives or dies.
Closeout
Complete October 27, 2024. The store opened to the public July 2025.
