Deck to closeout
Cover board over the existing roof
No tear-off, no downtime. DensDeck Prime mechanically fastened over the existing roof gives the new membrane a clean, fire-rated substrate.
Membrane goes down
Worked in sections: cover board ahead, GAF TPO fully adhered behind it. Revolver crews kept every section watertight before moving on, so weather never had a window.
Every seam hot-air welded
Robotic welder on the field seams, hand welder at the parapets and curbs. Probe-tested as they went.
Parapets, curbs and the pyramid
The tricky part. Wrapped the metal pyramid transition, flashed every RTU curb and vent, and brought the membrane up and over the parapets so the whole roof drains as one assembly. Complete June 1, 2024.
From the roof
Every Revolver project is photo-documented from mobilization through closeout. These are from the job.
