New construction on Lake Ray Hubbard at Sapphire Bay. Steel deck accepted, Securock cover board set, 8,500 SF of fully adhered TPO installed and every curb and parapet flashed before the trades behind us arrived.

Deck to closeout
Deck and parapets ready
Steel deck inspected and accepted, parapets framed and sheathed, curbs set. Revolver crews staged and ready to go on December 10.
Cover board and adhesive
Securock gypsum-fiber cover board down, adhesive rolled, first TPO sheets set. Crews worked the full width of the roof with the lake at their backs.
Membrane and details
Fully adhered TPO field advancing across the deck. Parapet walls and the tapered feature wall wrapped as the field moved. Curbs flashed, walk pads set.
Closeout
Watertight and complete December 19, 2024. Clean field, tight corners, ready for the trades that follow.
