- Plumbing fixtures includes faucets, sinks, shower heads, toliets, etc.
- Appliances including fridges & ice makers, dishwashers, microwaves, washer & dryers, etc.
- Doors, Windows, Screens, etc.
- Security Alarms, Doorbells, Smoke Detectors
Replacement of these interior items (as needed):
- A/C Filters
- Light Bulbs
- Door Stops
- Electrical Switch Plates
- Pop-up Drain Assemblies
- Fluidmaster Toilet Tank Parts
- Smoke Alarms
- Mini-Blinds
- Toilet Seats
- Shower Rods
- Vertical Blinds
- Broken Passage Knobs
- Towel Bars
- Toilet Tissue Holders
- Light Fixture Globes
Minor interior repairs (as needed):

Any work not specifically stated in this description or any repair not considered minor in the estimation of Revolver Roofing & Restoration, LLC and will be at bid price and will be additional to the price stated for the work in this description.
